Quality of life for people with a physical disability can be enhanced by improved mobility. Orthotic and Prosthetic (O&P) devices can significantly impact a life by enhancing independence and improve functionality.
Many people in Latvia can benefit from O&P care, but some are unable to access it. This can be due to travel barriers, financial status, lack of O&P knowledge, and many other factors. Designed to Live seeks to eliminate these barriers by providing O&P services to those that ‘fall through the gaps’ by providing adjustments, repairs, or new devices.
The primary goal of providing O&P services is not only a physical one, but to most importantly build authentic relationships, demonstrate God’s love, and share His message to all that are helped.

Technology

We are implementing some of the most advanced technologies into the O&P care we provide. We believe that every patient should receive the best O&P care available to us.

Professional Collaborations

Designed to Live collaborates with private and governmental O&P professionals and university students. The aim of these collaborations is to enhance O&P education and patient care through consultations, trainings, and seminars and to build authentic relationships with O&P professionals. We hope to represent Christ by claiming every workplace as a mission field.

What is O&P?
